Attolight's Full Ultrafast 4D SEM
We provide you with a complete time-resolved cathodoluminescence setup consisting of our pulsed scanning electron microscope and our time-resolved detection line. With the full system you are ready to measure carrier diffusion in semiconductor nanostructures and more.
Pulsed SEM
The pulsed SEM is Attolight's key product. It is the only pulsed electron SEM on the market achieving 10 ps temporal resolution. This SEM also advantageously replace beam blanking technology since it assures beam stability down to 50 nm.

Time-Resolved Cathodoluminescence Detection Line
Our cathodoluminescence detection system consists of HORIBA Jobin Yvon's universal cathodoluminescence extension coupled to a STREAK camera. Given an excitation point on the sample, it provides spectrally and temporally resolved CL images.
