Why Attolight?

Attolight produces a novel measurement tool that tracks ultrafast electron movements in nanostructures. Research and developement teams in nanotechnology lack of suitable characterisation tools: current techniques can either image tiny objects (down to a few nanometers or below) or ultrafast dynamics (down to picoseconds), but not both. Attolight solves this problem and proposes a unique ultrafast 4D scanning electron microscope that has BOTH high spatial resolution (50 nanometers) AND high temporal resolution (10 picoseconds = 10‑11 s). Who uses Attolight’s ultrafast 4D scanning electron microscope?

Research and development teams in industry and academics to improve semiconductor nanostructures and shorten the path to market for future nanoelectronics and optoelectronics products.
